By 1994, she was ranked No.18 in the Houston Business Journal’s list of Top Producing Agents and recognized as the No. 1 Top Producer at Greenwood King. She maintained her ranking in the HBJ’s list of Top Agents and within five (5) years of being licensed she was ranked No. 5 in a city of 25,000 agents. Her amazing rise to success was a first in Houston real estate brokerage. Ann became known as an effective, determined negotiator who closed the most difﬁcult sales with an artful ﬁnesse even under challenging circumstances. She has built and renovated many properties and understands construction techniques.

In 2002, with twenty-two (22) listings and many faithful buyers, she founded Ann Dashiell Properties. The goal was to provide personalized service tailored to the needs and budget of her clients. In a career spanning over 28 years, Ann has achieved countless awards and set many records and closed over 750 properties without. litigation. In 2012, Ann moved to California to live near family and within two years, history repeated itself; she became one of the Top Agents in Los Angeles County. Her ﬁrst listing was the iconic Owlwood Estate, “The Crown Jewel of Holmby Hills.” In September 2016, she successfully sold Owlwood for $90,000,000 which set the record for the 3rd Highest Residential Sale in the history of Los Angeles County. This sale is especially signiﬁcant because Owlwood was never listed in The MLS, advertised or publicized; all buyers originated from Ann’s efforts. In 201 she was named the No. 3 Top Producing Agent for Douglas Elliman California and named one of the Top 30 Luxury Brokers of Los Angeles County. Her average sale of $32,975,000 placed her No. 2 nationally among two (2) million agents and the Owlwood sale was the largest sale for Douglas Elliman nationally. Ann earned her place as a Top LA Agent.
In January 2018, she joined Paciﬁc Union International/Compass and formed Dashiell Team” with her Assistant, Philip Roslev and Agents, Rosa Gil and Kimberly Quaid. In Feb. 2018, the LA times published “Ann’s Story” which chronicled her rise to success from a Houston Artist to a Top Producing Agent in Beverly Hills, the most challenging real estate market in the country.
